Dear foreign participants of AMEC, 

to apply for a Russian visa, you may require a formal visa invitation letter. The list of countries for which there is no visarequirement can be found here. 

Preparing a visa invitation will take up to 2 weeks for citizens of EU (except the United Kingdom and Ireland), China, Denmark, India, Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Norway, Sweden and USA and up to 5 weeks for other countries.
